the standard pin and wedge to custom concrete forming

pin and wedge system
is simple and fast, allowing unskilled labor to be quickly
trained in the use of the equipment. Standard pins and
wedges increase efficiency in any application, while
pecial applications such as laydown, corner, and radius
applications are made simpler with WTF specialty
pins and wedges.

 When
concrete forms are outfitted with factory
installed permanent pin system, wedging is only
required at the top and bottom pin. Concrete forms are
available with attached long away pins, short away pins,
and long away pins.

|
|
|  WTF
steel waler brackets
can be used with standard wood boards or aluminum channels.
Brackets attach directly to the concrete forms to straighten
the wall and minimize the need for additional bracing.
In most residential construction, one row of walers
at the top of the wall is usually sufficient.

|  WTF
wall ties are manufactured
to meet the requirements of today's various pouring
methods. They are made of cold rolled steel. We continually
perform quality control testing to ensure that all of
our ties yield a minimum pull strength of 7,200#.

has many concrete form designs that allow the concrete
form to be laid on its side. The 36x48 laydown has additional
bracing to allow for this use. For customers with concrete
forms that are not designed to be laid on their side
WTF has perfected hardware for this application. We

beams, drain tiles, piers, steps, and other blockout
applications, WTF has many blockout
accessories that easily attach to your concrete forms.
When forming garage door openings, access holes, or
other specific depth blockdowns,
choose from WTF's selection of steel or aluminum blockdowns.
Blockoffs
are also available for blocking off wall ends.
